Volunteer Opportunities

The Hays County GOP relies on dedicated volunteers to help us achieve our goals. There are many ways to volunteer, whether you have a few hours a month or want to take on a more regular commitment.

Office Volunteers

Assist the executive director with day-to-day operations of the party office. Tasks may include:

• Answering phones and responding to inquiries
• Data entry and administrative tasks
• Preparing materials for events
• Maintaining office organization

Event Volunteers

Help make our events successful by:

• Setting up and breaking down event spaces
• Greeting and registering attendees
• Assisting with event logistics
• Promoting events in your community

Election Volunteers

Play a crucial role in ensuring free and fair elections:

• Serve as an election judge, alternate judge, or clerk
• Help with voter registration drives
• Assist with get-out-the-vote efforts
• Monitor polling places

Campaign Volunteers

Support Republican candidates by:

• Canvassing neighborhoods
• Making phone calls
• Distributing campaign materials
• Attending campaign events
